I found the Insiders’ Guide to be a very good summary of the state of the art knowledge in Business Process Management, well beyond traditional transactional processes oriented BPM-type articles, and fully anchored into the customer-oriented strategic thinking that every organization strongly needs, “from lunch room to board room”. A lot of take aways as well, which I certainly will make good use of, to shift the understanding of business processes from technical to tactical to strategic.
