MasterClass – Process Master Level 1
Join Terry Schurter and other BPM “Masters” for a practical, outcomes-based class intended to improve your mastery of business process management. Learn the seven steps that will ensure your projects are successful and your organization maximizes the results of your process improvement efforts. Upon completion of the exercises provided as part of the MasterClass curriculum, attendees will receive a “Process Master – Level I” certification.

Class Overview
The Process Master Level 1 program provides an advanced program of study offered in an accelerated, one-day format. This master class is specifically intended for those with general knowledge of process management that desire to learn the cutting edge principles of process improvement, process design, application of process technology and overall process management success. The course is appropriate for business professionals as well as technology professionals who have business responsibilities.

Certification and Accreditation
Certification is included in this program. No additional fee is required. This MasterClass is accredited by the International Process and Performance Institute. Attendees that complete all activities and submit their completed work for review are eligible for the Process Master Level 1 Accreditation from the International Process and Performance Institute.
Requirements
Attendees should have general experience with process concepts and be involved in process management at some level. Attendees will apply concepts presented in class to activities in class utilizing one of the processes from their own organizations. For this reason, attendees are expected to have familiarity with a process that needs improvement and be prepared to use that process for in-class activities. An excel spreadsheet (provided) is used in the course, so attendees should plan on bringing their computer with them (Microsoft Excel 97 or above required). No other formal technical knowledge or specific computer skills are required.
Duration
This is a one day class with 7 hours of in-class working time. This class can also be run as an internal corporate program by request.
