One of the most overlooked aspects of business process management is to keep a process in tune, aligned to achieving its intended outcome. More often than not, we are so busy running from one process to another that we don’t have time to check in on processes once we complete a process project.

But processes can get out of tune very quickly. New requirements arise, business rules become obsolete, or some part of the context of a process changes. Though it may not happen often, sometimes processes even go out of tune while we are in the middle of the process project itself.
